3. How and why we use your data
- Contract: to process an order, deliver an eSIM, provide connectivity, and offer support.
- Legal obligation: to maintain tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory records.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services, prevent misuse, and respond to enquiries.
- Consent: for optional analytics, marketing cookies, or direct marketing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
If required information is not provided, we may be unable to fulfil an order or provide support.
4. Sharing your data
We may share only the data needed with payment processors, eSIM and network suppliers, email and support providers, website hosting and security providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where legally required. These organisations act as processors or independent controllers under their own legal duties. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some suppliers or mobile networks may process data outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Order, payment, tax, and accounting records are generally retained for six years after the relevant financial year; support and technical records are retained only as reasonably necessary. We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards and restrict access to people who need it.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and may object to direct marketing at any time. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month.
8. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy when our services or legal duties change; the date above shows the latest version.
