Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy or use a Square Mobile travel eSIM data plan.

1. About us
Square Mobile Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17454400, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Contact: contact@squaremobile.co.uk.
2. Eligibility and devices
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for confirming before purchase that your device is unlocked, eSIM-compatible, and supports the frequencies and networks available at your destination.
3. Plans and orders
Plan descriptions state the included data, validity period, and destination coverage. Coverage and speeds depend on local partner networks, location, congestion, device capability, and local restrictions. An order is accepted when we send confirmation and the eSIM delivery details. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, fraud concern, or inability to supply, and will refund sums paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply separate currency or transaction fees.
5. Digital delivery and activation
The eSIM is digital content delivered electronically, normally by email or on-screen instructions. Delivery requires a valid email address and internet access. Before immediate delivery, checkout will ask you to expressly request supply during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once download or activation begins. Do not install the profile before you are ready; some profiles cannot be reinstalled or transferred.
6. Using the service
Follow the installation instructions and activate within any stated activation window. A plan ends when its allowance or validity expires. Unless the plan says otherwise, eSIMs provide mobile data only and do not include a phone number, calls, or SMS. You must not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that disrupts a network. Network operators may apply reasonable traffic-management or fair-use controls.
7. Problems and support
Contact us promptly if delivery, installation, or service fails, and before deleting an eSIM profile. We may ask for device settings, screenshots, location, or diagnostic information needed to investigate. Refund rights are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported or locked devices, failure to follow instructions, unavailable local networks outside our reasonable control, or indirect business losses. Our services are supplied for personal use.
9. Statutory rights
You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer law. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms restricts those rights. Guidance is available from Citizens Advice.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute.
